About Perissos

Perissos is for companies that build or use AI and sell into the EU or US, where a buyer's review can take 8 to 16 weeks and procurement asks hard, cited questions.

We help you reach audit readiness and produce the cited proof your buyers ask for. We don't certify or audit you. That's the job of accredited auditors and CPA firms.

What Perissos is

How far it goes today

Eight stages in the life of an AI system. Here are all eight, with ours marked honestly, including the ones we have not built.

  1. Define BUILT Cited risk classification, and an agent registry that records declared autonomy, oversight gates, tool grants and a named accountable owner.
  2. Build THIN We hold your declared surface. Not your model, your prompts, or your data provenance.
  3. Prove PARTLY Readiness against a framework, judged and sealed. Not behaviour under attack: consented testing is designed, not built.
  4. Provision NOT OURS Identity and credential issuance belongs with your identity provider. The registry holds a pointer to where a credential lives, never the credential itself.
  5. Run PLANNED Our own assistant asks before it acts, and a tool it claims without a live grant is refused before the action runs. That is enforcement of this product's assistant, not of the agents you deploy.
  6. Watch PARTLY Law is checked nightly, and a night that cannot fetch a source, or sees nothing at all, fails loudly instead of reading green. Collected evidence is re-judged only when you run the Gate. Declared-versus-observed reconciliation and post-market monitoring do not exist yet.
  7. Contain PARTLY An incident you record starts the reporting clocks it triggers under the rules we hold, on paid plans. Incident drills are not built yet.
  8. Retire BUILT Decommissioning is terminal and dated, and a decommissioned agent publishes only with its sealed decommissioning record attached.

BUILT shipped and running · PARTLY some of it runs today · THIN deliberately narrow · PLANNED designed, not built · NOT OURS someone else's job, correctly

The plan

THE FULL LIFECYCLE

Perissos covers an AI agent from design to retirement. Not every stage is shipped. Each part below says how far it is built today, the stage table on this page gives more detail for the stages it covers, and we would rather you check than take our word for it.

BEFORE IT SHIPS

Today: deriving the obligations is BUILT. The Agent Passport is PARTLY built: an agent's record (what it does, its autonomy, its tools, its owner and who can halt it) can be published, and on paid plans included in a signed export that anyone holding it can verify offline against our published key. Who approved the agent is not recorded yet.

Know which obligations will bind the agent before you write it, and publish a signed Agent Passport your customers can verify: what the agent is, what it may do, who approved it, and how it is stopped.

WHILE IT RUNS

Today: PLANNED.

Keep the agent inside the rules at the moment it acts, with each decision kept as dated evidence rather than a log line nobody can cite.

AFTER IT SHIPS

Today: PARTLY. On paid plans, an incident you record starts the reporting clocks it triggers under the rules we hold. Monitoring your agent after release is not built yet.

Post-market monitoring and serious-incident readiness that answer to the Act's own deadlines, not a generic playbook.

TESTING YOUR OWN AGENTS

Today: PLANNED. Consented testing is designed, not built.

Adversarial testing under your authorisation, with results sealed as dated evidence you can put in front of an auditor.

SEEING WHAT YOUR BUYERS SEE

Today: PARTLY. The public read of a company's declared AI surface runs today; agent-level reads are planned.

A read of your agents from the outside, the way a customer's security team would see them, bound to the obligations each finding implicates.
